NAKTO Warranty & Return Policy
Returns
1. No returns after 14 days of receiving.
2. To be eligible for a return, the bike must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it. Box must be sealed and unopened.
3. If it is not the resonable return, Customer pays $150shipping fee (this is with held from refund).
4. If the NAKTO ebike you bought do not have any quality problem , customer need to pay up to a 20-35% restocking fee depend the ebikes evaluation when it reach to the warehouse (this is withheld from refund)
5. But when you ebike has quality problem, we could help you to solve all problems. Also we have 1 year warranty service.
6. A replacement of entire ebike could be happened within 30 days of receiving of the NAKTO E-bike while the product carries manufacturing defects and could not be fixed after a reasonable trial
7. In cases an entire replacement ebike be issued, the original ebike may have to be shipped back to the NAKTO E-BIKE facility for inspection/repairs before a new bike is sent out. Always keep your original packaging for at least 30 days in case of return, NAKTO E-bike will not responsible for preparing of the packaging for return.
8. All return must contact the original seller. If you bought from one of our online dealer ,Ebay, Amazon, Walmart store,please contact the store seller.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be within 2-week period.You must keep the original packaging and must be repacked back into the original packaging when you send it back to us. Meanwhile, we promised that all the electric bikes our customers received are brand new, we will never sell any open-box, refurbished or clearance bikes to you, as well as batteries. So please note that all the returned bikes, customer need to pay up to a 20-35% restocking fee depend the ebikes evaluation when it reach to the warehouse and the shipping fee $150 (this is withheld from refund)
How to return
Contact our Customer Service Department at support@energyebikes.com to approve the return within 2 weeks. we have helpful suggestions if you are considering a return due to performance of the item, sizing, or for any other reason. Keep in mind that an exchange for an NAKTO product better suited to your needs is also possible. After the 2-week period expires, the product cannot be returned to NAKTO.
All returns must be repacked back into the original packaging when you send it back to us.
Once the Return Authorization is issued, we will provide you with a return shipping label and a date when the UPS will stop by to pick up the product.
Once your return is received, we will process refund in 10 working days. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Once your refund has been processed, it will take 7 to 10 business days for your bank to process the credit and apply it to your account.
Notice: the customer must have written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from NAKTO. If a customer sends a return without it a refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay shipping to get the item returned, or, sacrifice the item.
All NAKTO E-bike sold by the NAKTO Offical Site www.e-bikes.com is covered under our one year warranty policy. It is only for the original owner against all manufacturing defects. NAKTO E-bike products are warranted to be free from manufacturer’s defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 1 year period from the date of original purchase. If you buy from other online dealers , Amazon stores, Ebay stores, Walmart stores, please contact the store owner directly to get the 1 year warranty service ! We not cover their orders warranty directly!
One Year Warranty
All Nakto’s electric bicycles buy from NAKTO Official Site (www.e-bikes.com) is covered under manufacturer's 1 year warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects.
NAKTO 1 Year Warranty includes main bike components: motor, battery, controller, throttle, brake and PAS system.
Parts are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 1 year period from the date of original purchase.
Shipping Damage claims
Shipping damages must be reported to Energy eBikes within 48 hours after shipments arrivals. IMMEDIATELY inspect your product(s) for damage. Freight damage claims are extremely time sensitive. We will not accept freight damage claims later than 7 days from reception of products. Note any damage to your products on the Bill of Delivery before you and the driver sign-off on the shipment. Take pictures of any damage that is found, and date the images when possible. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete. NOT included in the warranty
NAKTO E-bike will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged part. We will not offer warranty service to second owners. We will not replace any part damaged by the user. We will not pay for any third party service or part replacement unless agreed by NAKTO E-bike upon prior to the fix.
This warranty does not include consumables or normal wear and tear parts after 30 days including but not limited to wheels, pedals, chain, spokes, tires, tubes, brake pads, and grips. This warranty also does not cover damages caused by not proper assembly and maintenance required by NAKTO E-bikes, including but not limited to proper adjustment of the bike after assembling, proper storage of the e-bike, proper charging of the battery and use of the e-bike. Please note that this NAKTO E-bike is not set for extreme use including contest and water wading.
NAKTO E-bike will not cover any damage that may occur during shipping if the owner sets up their own shipping option or if the bike is shipped using a freight forwarder or similar service.
Terms of warranty
This warranty only applies to the original owner of a NAKTO E-BIKE products. This warranty does not cover any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, wear and tear, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the bicycle as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance. NAKTO E-bike will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. In no event shall NAKTO E-BIKE be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or product liability in connection with their products.
CLAIMS
All claims to this warranty must be made through NAKTO E-BIKE.COM Proof of purchase or registered warranty card MUST be required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact our technical support service team at Email: support@energyebikes.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through NAKTO E-BIKE within one year of initial purchase.
